Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods, product launches, or sales events, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.

You will receive a conformation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Express shipping: 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.

 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Naked Theory is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Refunds (if requested) will exclude original shipping fees.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Verify your shipping address.
  • Check with household members or neighbor.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Naked Theory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issues.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

 

Returns Related to Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). 

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production or shipping.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

Heat Advisory Policy

Naked theory products are handmade and may be sensitive to high temperatures, especially during warm months.

During periods of extreme heat:

  • Products may soften or sweat in transit.
  • Melt and Pour soaps are especially heat sensitive.
  • Fragrance intensity may temporarily increase.

We strongly recommend tracking your package(s) and brining it indoors as soon as it is delivered.

Naked Theory is not responsible for melting or heat-related changes once a package has been delivered. 

If your product arrives softened:

  • Allow it to return to room temperature,
  • Place it in a cool, dry area for 24 hours.

This will not affect product performance.
