We work hard to source high-quality ingredients for our handmade products. The soap bases that we choose are mindfully picked melt & Pour base. Below is a full list of the ingredients and their purpose in each bar of soap.
- Coconut Oil - A hydrating ingredient that moisturizes and replenishes your skin.
- EDTA - Is a preservative used to prevent the development of bacteria in the product.
- Propylene Glycol - Helps to extend the life of the product and helps lock in hydration all-day.
- Goat Milk - Effective as it has the same pH as your skin, which helps with irritation and inflammation.
- Myristic Acid - An emulsifier and surfactant that adds stability to soaps to prevent the different ingredients from separating.
- Lauric Acid - Found in coconut oil. It is primarily used for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
- Sodium Hydroxide - An alkaline ingredient that helps soap maintain its pH level.
- Sodium Methyl Cocyl Taurate - Fatty acid from coconuts that acts as a foaming agent. helps remove impurities without stripping the skin.
- Sodium Stearate - An emulsion stabilizer that is used to thicken the soap, to be molded into any shape.
- Sorbitol - Used as a prebiotic, it helps promote healthy bacteria in your skin.
- Betaine - An ingredient that naturally occurs in the body. It helps to keep your skin looking plump, healthy and youthful.
- Stearic Acid - Derived from plants and animals. It is a natural cleaning agent that works to remove excess oil, bacteria and dirt from the skin.
- Mica Powder - This helps to add the color to each bar.
- Essential Oils (EO's) - This is what makes the scent is each of our bars.
All our soap is made in small batches and hand poured. We aim for 4.3oz per bar. After curing our soaps are boxed up and hand labeled with ingredients on the back of the box.
